Happy Sugar Life... I, somehow like this anime...
@Mojitobacardi you're embarrassed by Kill la Kill? May I ask why?
@イネブ I'm not sure I would be embarrassed by Happy Sugar Life either.
You both need to enjoy something with below a 6.5 or so MAL rating to be embarrassed, I would think. Unless, you are both very sophisticated anime watchers who are soon to write a thesis on the epistemology of anime. And I don't even know what epistemology means.

@Fandyllic (sorry for the very late reply)
Don’t get me wrong, I liked kill la kill, but the premise of the show is so bizarre and the fact that ryuko + others were basically naked half the time weirded me out a bit (i watched it when I was very new to anime.)
Ngl, I was paranoid my parents would walk in and see me watching it 😂
Did you watch Attack on Titan?
Nah, not yet but it’s on my watchlist. I’m watching Breaking Bad currently and I’ve got a lot more tv shows to watch like Avatar: The Last Airbender. I’ve put a pause on anime for the next few months, will watch monster when I get back into it
So your parents are upset by nudity, but okay with violence... reminds me of a South Park episode.
@Fandyllic probably lmao. I don’t bother telling/showing them about my tv habits, so they could be fine with both violence and nudity, or they could hate both, I’m not sure, I’ve never asked them.
Tl;dr: I’m secretive about my tv habits. It’s very stupid and I don’t know why. My parents probably wouldn’t care. They’re very supportive
I guess I just think you have weird arbitrary standards if you think Kill la Kill is worse than Breaking Bad.
But, if you're embarrassed, you're embarrassed. Embarrassment is a pretty deep psychological thing... my goal is to have seen so much stuff that almost nothing embarrasses me. But I draw the line at Human Centipede (don't look it up).
What do you think?
