Thinking Akame ga Kill is worthy of this thread is just weaksauce. Maybe it is for the Pokemon/Digimon crowd.

It's about a bunch of assassins killing nobles in order to weaken an unfair country by taking out financial and influencial pillars.

It's called strategy.

And paying respect to missgone demons because 1 it's not necessarily their fault for becoming what they have become and 2. because they were normal people and have had normal lives in the past as well is completely different to assholes that rape, kill, slaughter, torture innocents and letting them suffer hunger and whatnot, ever since they were born.

Someone didnt pay attention when they were watching a show, but dont worry, you're not the only one that completely missed the point of an anime whilst watching it.

Not sure we needed the detail, but I think many will agree that Akame ga Kill is among a large group of anime that are no worse than say Tokyo Ghoul or Attack on Titan. You have to be pretty prudish to pick any of those as a most problematic anime (aka wierdest or most f**ked up).
