Tough choice, but I'd have to go with Monster Girl Doctor just because the characters are a bit more interesting.

Both are really good. But I will go with MGD because it's universe is I think better than MM. MGD's harem can be worldwide because of his traveling while MM's harem is limited to home.

Most of the kaiju worlds are pretty dystopic... not my first choice. People who pick that usually don't think it through.
