They don't understand. Child pornography, animated or not both are grave crime. Their body is not devoloped that way. They might end up dying if they were to encounter sex. And Loli hentai shows boost the thought of looking children at a bad way.

Exactly. This is what I like about countries like China, USSR, Saudi Arabia, Iran and North Korea, they ban pornography as a whole. Especially child pornography.
