Some other shows which have better side characters--

• Hatsuharu and all other characters of Furuba.

• Almost all AOT side characters are important.

• Most characters of MHA are given same importance as Deku.

• SAO forget it's side characters but brings them back later with much importance.

• Re:Zero wastes much screentime giving a minor character a major role.

• HxH doesn't neglect it's supporting cast.
