In order from most to least recommend:
Ateliar Witch Hat: It's more of a question of when and not if this will become the best magic manga ever. It's kind of like Dumbledore as a twink teaching magic at a magical school to Edward Elric. Extremely logical and unique power system. Ateliar is a 100% certified wholesome manga. A lot of "wholesome" anime sacrifice depth to give the feeling of nice and sweet story, but this has the depth of a good seinen while still preserving feelings of sweetness and innocence. Only 50 chapters so far
Magi Labyrinth of Magic: Finished this up. The ending was maybe too fast but other than that it was the perfect combination of politics, fights, cool character designs, relevant themes. It's on another level from most shounen. Sinbad is a top 20 all time manga character.
Edens Zero: It is Fairy Tail perfected. Don't blow it off for the character designs alone, after a few arcs it picks up a lot of steam and hasn't let me down since.
Fire Force: It is wild and bizarre and Evangelion/GurrenLagann esque in the second half. My opinion will rely a lot on the ending coming soon but it really did surpass all of my expectations. Shouldn't be discounted because of some early writing problems involving fanservice
