All are really great shows... have watched all of thwm, but i would recommend watch whichever genre u like the most

• Haikyuu is fresh and relaxing but also intense

• Jujutsu is also a fresh exciting battle shounen

• Aot is an epic orchestral type battle shounen

JJK, it is more current, better than the sports anime and TG, but not as long as HxH or AoT.

All of them, except that I would much rather recommend reading Tokyo Ghoul manga than watching the anime.
