Yeah especially made better in a fantasy setting with a sea monster in the ocean and one of the characters go and fight it

Mentioning anime or manga would help... I mean beach episodes happen in live-action and non-anime as well.

I started Watching Komi can't communicate but after finishing the anime I could probably catch up to the manga.

If anyone is confused, the person who started this completely changed the post... it was previously about beach episodes (in unnamed media types).
