I cried a lot on these 3 and Erased or a Silent Voice (mentioned before). I cry easily but they were the most effective

I can suggest you Rascal does not Dream of Bunny girl Senpai + Erased and maybe Weathering With You

I think that popular and not too long animes like Demon Slayer, Attack on Titans or HxH are good to start with. And then you can watch some other known animes (Sword Art Online, Fullmetal Alchemist, Death Note, Promised Neverland,...). Before watching all these you will probably have an idea of what kind of anime you like

Your Lie in April is the anime on which I cried the most. It was a great story. I hope you find it beautiful too.

I saw the three films: Your Name, Weathering with you and A Silent Voice. The last one is my favorite because of the treated theme (bullying). I loved the two others too.
