Template:Charbox Gyokuro Shuzen (朱染 玉露, Shuzen Gyokuro) è la madre di Kahlua e Kokoa Shuzen, l'attuale capo della Famiglia Shuzen e il comandante e Boss dell'organizzazione Fairy Tale. Hokuto Kaneshiro ha messo in guardia Tsukune ei suoi amici che Gyokuro è il leader della Famiglia Shuzen, è il capo della Fairy Tale e che possiede il più forte contenitore, superando notevolmente i suoi compagni vampiri.
Issa Shuzen ha detto che lei odia Moka e sua madre, Akasha Bloodriver. si nota che lei vuole sposarsi con Issa Shuzen, perché tiene il suo cognome. se confermata, si spiegherebbe l'odio di Gyokuro verso Moka e Akasha essendo l'amante di Issa, e del perché Moka è la sola dei quattro ad avere un cognome diverso.

Powers & Abilities
Strength: Gyokuro has shown monstrous strength, though the full extent
of her abilities have yet to be revealed. So far, she has shown that she can tear out a stone column with only one hand. Hurling it at Tsukune and his friends with relative ease.
Youki Detection(Enemy Zero): According to Hokuto, Gyokuro is the best among youki detection. Her echolocational abilities are so powerful that she is able to accurately detect demonic energy within a several thousand meter radius. She demonstrates this ability when searching for Tsukune, finding him moments later after their escape.
Presence/Aura: When first entering the halls of Fairy Tale, Tsukune notes that he felt a pitch-black power being emitted from somone. During Fairy Tale's gathering, Tsukune confirms that he did indeed feel the power being emitted from Gyokuro.
