The House of the Lost on the Cape (岬のマヨイガ Misaki no Mayogia) is a Japanese anime film based on a Japanese serial novel written by Sachiko Kashiwaba set for release on August 27, 2021. It follows the story of a 17-year-old Yui who left the house for some reason and an 8-year-old Hiyori who lost her voice in the shock of losing her parents in an accident. The two who lost their place met a mysterious grandmother, Kiwa, and decided to live in a mysterious old folk house "Mayoiga" on a cape overlooking the sea. The two of them arrived at Kiwa in Nariyuki, but when they touched the legendary house "Mayoiga" that welcomes the visitors and the warmth of Kiwa, their injured hearts are gradually unraveled.
Plot[]
In a legendary house that welcomes people, Yui; a 17 year old, Hiyori; an 8 year old are taken in by Kiwa who lives there with them. A communal life of three people begins in a house where many wonders gather.
