Omishi Magical Theater: Risky Safety (臣士魔法劇場 リスキー☆セフティ, Omishi Mahou Gekijou: Risky/Safety) is a Japanese manga series created by Rei Omishi. It was originally serialized in MediaWorks' Dengeki Comic Gao! magazine from 1999 to 2000. An anime adaptation by Studio APPP aired on the WOWOW network from October 5, 1999 to April 4, 2000 for 24 episodes.
Plot
Risky is an apprentice shinigami and Safety is an apprentice angel who ended up trapped in the same body. Whoever is in charge of the body depends on the emotions of those around them; if people are happy, then Safety appears, but if people are upset, then Risky takes charge. Their stories encircle around a glasses-middle school girl named Moe Katsuragi.
