Puzzle & Dragons (パズドラ, Pazudora) is a Japanese puzzle and RPG video game developed by GungHo Online Entertainment for the iOS, Android, and Kindle Fire platforms. The game created many spin-offs, along with two anime adaptations.

The first anime was called Puzzle and Dragons Cross, which is based on the Nintendo 3DS spin-off, and aired from July 4, 2016 to March 26, 2018. The game was released in two versions simultaneously on July 28, 2016, named the Gods Chapter (神の章) and the Dragons Chapter (龍の章).

The second anime is titled Puzzle & Dragons (パズドラ), which is based on the actual mobile game, which started airing on April 2nd, 2018.

Dorogoza Island is rich in "Drop Energy" that players can use on friendly monsters. Once strong enough, they can face enemies in puzzle wars. Winners reap rewards, but what happens to the losers? Only the brave can take on these monstrous challenges! After discovering a tamara named Tamazo, the young boy named Ace sets off on his adventures to become the greatest Dragon Caller just like his dad, who mysteriously disappeared years prior. Hoping to find his dad someday, Ace meets his other caller friends and rivals along his adventures, while bettering himself against Lance, his greatest rival.

"Puzzle and Dragons" is the most popular game where players compete against each other's skills to become professional gamers. One day during a commencing Pazudora tournament, is a takoyaki booth among the convention booths and its owner, a passionate boy Taiga Akaishi. Then a strange monster name "Toragon" appears from Taiga's phone, designating him as his partner. After one exhibition match, Taiga's life completely changes from the attraction, and now aims to become #1 in the world of professional gaming.
