Rooster Teeth Productions, LLC was an American digital production company headquartered in Austin, Texas. Founded in 2003 by Burnie Burns, Matt Hullum, Geoff Ramsey, Jason Saldaña, Gus Sorola, and Joel Heyman, Rooster Teeth was a subsidiary of Warner Bros. Discovery Global Streaming & Interactive Entertainment which is a subsidiary of Warner Bros after being acquired via the AT&T spinoff of Warner Media to merge with Discovery in spring 2022. On March 6, 2024, it was announced to be shutting down.

On February 12, 2025, Variety reported that Rooster Teeth co-founder Burnie Burns who owns independent company Box Canyon Productions has acquired the Rooster Teeth brand (RWBY, gen:LOCK) and some remaining assets from Warner Bros. Discovery.
