Parameters

image = in form of File:....ext
wiki = from the subdomain like animanga of animanga.wikia.com
wiki name = (Optional) if subdomain doesn't really match wiki name
wikipage = (Optional) if want to link to specific page on wiki (i.e. when no Discussions, so hits 404)
sitelogoheight = (Optional) override defauld 100px for site logo height
localsitelogo = (Optional) if site-logo is local image (don't put File: at the beginning; box for site-logo will be 100px tall, unless overridden by sitelogoheight=, by 250px wide)
localwordmark = (Optional) if wordmark is local image (don't put File: at the beginning)
foundingdate = if has a wiki; usually when the home/main page was created
pagecount = if has a wiki; count on date checked
datechecked = if has a wiki
fanon = if has a fanon wiki; use subdomain like animefanon of animefanon.wikia.com
fanon name = if subdomain doesn't really match fanon wiki name
adoptable = if has a wiki; see criteria at Adoption:Requests on Community Central (only applies for main wiki)
fandomfounded = if has a wiki; only use "yes" if wiki was founded by FANDOM staff (usually Wiki Representative); often they will found the wiki, work on it, and then demote themselves leaving no active bureaucrat or admin
demographic = comma-separated list found at Property:Demographic
genre = comma-separated list found at Property:Genre
tag = comma-separated list found at Property:Tag (appears as "Themes:" entry box when 'Edit with form' used); an anime about games could have a tag of Games
media = comma-separated list found at Property:Media; an anime about games would not be media type Game
