Plot

During the early 20th century, along with technological advancements, scientists were able to develop sophisticated magic. The combination of science and sorcery was the Magic Circuits (Machinart) made from spells that were put into objects to bring them to life and even gain a personality by using an Eve's Heart . It was developed as a military weapon and has now spread throughout the world. Akabane Raishin is now attending the Royal Academy to become the best in the world. Accompanied by the lovely teenage girl Yaya, who is actually a Bandoll Puppet, which is an atomiton who has human components . She has real human blood and skin. However, it is unknown just how complete she is at this time , YaYa like Sigmund must also consume food to maintain bodly fucntions .Raishin endentured himself to Shouko to become Yaya's Puppeteer .He plans on rocketing to the top of the class. However, his academic test scores are second to last although his combat skills and determination are second to none. Raishin has to compete with the most deadliest of classmates and atomatons , if he wants to come out in the Wiseman's Chair and must defeat the 99 class men ceded above in Walpurgris-Night event .
