Wani Books (株式会社ワニブックス, Kabushikigaisha Wani Bukkusu), stylized as WANI BOOKS Co., Ltd., is a subsidiary of Kodansha. It was founded in 1979, and is a publisher for primarily photo collections as well as instructional books such as cookbooks. The publisher is best known for distributing autobiographical book The Homeless Student (2007) by Hiroshi Tamura, and photo collections like actor Yusei Yagi's first photobook CONTACT. The prviously published the monthly seinen manga magazine Comic Gum (1996 - 2015), but still publish a gravure idol (Wink Up) and teen idol magazine for women (UP to boy).
On May 24, 2024, Kodansha annouunced it had acquired Wani Books as a subsidiary.
